morning of pre-race jitters

I went to bed early, very early. I woke up early, very early.

I’ve run over just about every corner and turn in the race now a few times. I’m a little foggy at the section that is 2km back from the lap and finish line, but that’s going to be OK. I know it’s an uphill section so I’ll be solid.

Breathing is a bit shallow, stomach is a bit twisty, pulse is a bit threaded, forarms are a bit light (weird but true).

I’m ready to race.
