T – 5w 4d (39d)

Does golf count as exercise? It might I suppose, but I don’t think I’ll count it towards my Ironman training and that means I have to get another workout in somewhere today. crap.

Today is the company golf outing and I am getting the chance to dust off the clubs and go make a fool out of myself in front of co-workers. Ah wonderful.

Gabrielle is coming along to as my caddy (ha!) and company photographer. She doesn’t know about being the caddy or taking pictures yet, but I’m sure she won’t mind caddying if it means she gets to take pics of me swinging in vain.

So, golf. Yeah, thankfully not a sport in the triathlon world. Is that enough said? No, okay.

I lost the 3 balls they gave us before we started within the first 5 holes. Fred gave me another 3 that didn’t make it to the 9th hole.

Is that enough said? Excellent!

I did make it out for a swim this evening at least. 2500m total that, while not fast fast, was fun.
