T- 6w 3d

Happy Birthday to Carly. 23 years old today and just as much of a brat as she has always been.

Today was the last boot camp class of the current session and for me, the last class until after Ironman. I need the extra morning available for a workout, simple as that.

A reasonable day at work where I managed to get a bunch done. I even have a plan on some work that I want to get done tomorrow to develop some new data collection for my team. It’s nice when ideas come fully formed into the brain.

Evening tonight was an opportunity to spend time over at Sheryl’s and cooking riblettes for the birthday girl :) Three varieties this time; honey garlic, teriyaki and bbq. I used a variation on my thrice cooked rib pieces recipe with regards to sauce and they came out finger licking good.

I love birthday’s as an excuse to cook :)
