T- 6w 4d

Today was a work from home day that seemed to drag on forever at times. Of course I forced myself to use the time to do online courses that I really had been putting off for far too long so that didn’t help.

At lunch I snuck out for a quick 10km run though, and while I won’t say it felt good, I did enjoy it, mostly :)

The injury is still there though, I can really feel the pain in my lower outside glute on the right side and down the leg a bit. I really felt it after sitting and eating dinner. This is going to mean calling up the guy and getting the rest of the work done to release the muscle. ug. At least he’s close and mostly flexible with his hours.

I made it two social nights in a row tonight by going out for dinner with Matt and his wife Deb, both of whom are up from California. They are a nice couple and the conversation was fun. It would be easy to picture sitting about chatting with them over extended time.
