So, I’m actually making an effort to be social this week instead of training like a mad man. Self defeating right? Nope, the body needs a bit of a break and the mind needs one too.
Tonight I’m having a “geek’s night out” with Joel and Rik. We’ll chat, eat pizza, drink beer (well, they’ll drink beer) and work on puzzles great and small. The only exercise I’ll get tonight is for my imagination.
Tomorrow night I’m doing dinner with Matt and his wife, both of whom are up from California for the week.
Then, back into it as normal. But a couple of days off mid week, sweet
